Every year deaf awareness week gives the chance to raise awareness, in London this year EMF was asked to supply the projection of the charity’s logo projected on to the Palace of Westminster and the sound of Big Ben’s chimes projected in the words “Bong, Bong Bong” down the side of St Stephen’s tower to encourage people to imagine a world without sound during this year’s Deaf Awareness Week.
EMF Technology Ltd was given full permission by the Houses of Parliament and the Metropolitan Police to stage this massive outdoor building projection.
April 2008 saw EMF’s continued investment within the large format projection market with the acquisition of further 7KW HARDWARE FOR XENON OLS Projectors fitted with Universal Digital Control (UDC) allowing for fine control of dissolves, fading, slide changing and scroller movement via PC or DMX 512.
All EMF’s projectors are now 7KW Xenon types fitted with the patented HARDWARE Optimal Light System (OLS) optics that ensure minimised Hot spots giving fully unified light spread across the projected image.

EMF assisted the Ministry of Fun’s marketing projection advertising campaign with the projection of paw prints in six cities across the UK:

Large scale projection specialists EMF were contracted to supply an advertising building projection campaign upon the Cobden Building, London for the Jameson whiskey promotional party which made for a very successful entrance on the night. Supplying a 7KW Xenon slide projector to colour wash the building, 2x large scale data digital video projectors for branding along with VT mix and 2x smaller 1200w colour Gobo projectors for animated projected images.
Doubles all round…
March saw EMF returning to Cardiff again after SC4 TV contracted our large scale building projection service to project Fifty-foot images of Alys Thomas and Ryland Teifi, two of the stars of city drama, Caerdydd, onto the Atradius the images covered the full height of one side of the building as part of a new campaign to promote the latest landmark series.
Our good friends at Blackpool Illuminations commissioned EMF to create a huge building projection at the fantastic seaside town for the coming 2008 season. To ensure everyone saw it 2 of our brand new just in stock, 8KW Space Cannon Search lights were used to create two massive moving beams of colour changing light along with 1x 7KW large format slide projector and 2x 10,000 ANSI lumens doubled Digital Data video projectors on short throw lenses.
Sylvester Stallone is back at still going strong for the massive film premier Rambo, as he met his fans the stage was set with 8x EMF’s DMX FIRE STORM stage flame system shooting 5m high vertical flames into the night sky, 1x 5m long custom flame bar sign and 3 of EMF’s new 8KW Space Cannon search lights…
Westminster Methodist Hall were host to the Vietnamese Trade event of 2008, with visiting heads of state arriving for the Anglo- Vietnamese relations- a huge building data video projection of both the Union Jack and the Vietnamese National Flag images were waiting as a special welcome.
